SARA RAE

Born and bred in North Glasgow, Sara is an excellent example of what the Glasgow music scene has to offer. We discovered her on BBC introducing’s list of hot new acts for the year and after a number of meetings are delighted and excited to bring her onboard for her first full EP on KPM SHINE (which is also receiving support and plays from BBC Introducing)

She’s a super talented songwriter and she blends together emotive story telling, super catchy hooks in a sublime 90s grunge pop sound.

Sara describes her music as “her personal therapy – the joy and anger felt through every song is raw.” Her new EP is a tale of two halves, both love and loss and the realisation that she couldn’t have one without the other. “To share such extreme emotions to the world is both terrifying and invigorating”
